Succumbs Here Louis STAUFFER, Retired Meat Dealer, Dies at 74 Louis STAUFFER, 74, of 64 Harker street, retired Mansfield meat dealer, died Saturday at General hospital following a lingering illness.He was born in Zurich, Switzerland, 6 Nov 1863, and came to Mansfield 49 years ago. Mr STAUFFER, who had been engaged in the butchering of livestock on his farm north of Mansfield for a number of years, had retired four years ago. He was a member of the Mansfield lodge of Eagles. Surviving are three sons, Henry, Alfred and Harold, of Mansfield; a sister, Ida, of Switzerland, and two brothers, Alexander of Wooster and Charles of Switzerland. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at the Finefrock funeral home in charge of Rev Paul H Saleste. Burial will be in the Mansfield cemetery.
